When will my order be processed?

Right after payment was made and confirmed, we will shortly processed them.

Does process order that is made during weekend?

Yes, we still process your order in the weekend or public holiday.

Will I receive any confirmation after placing an order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours. A following email will be sent regarding the shipping and the tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Any order that has been submitted are not able to be changed or cancelled. This is due to our system priority in completing your order as soon as possible. For more inquiries regarding the matter, please contact our Customer Service Department via:

How is the shipping policy?

Currently, we are very pleased to inform you that we ship to all across Indonesia. We have two different shipping methods that you are free to choose. Please note that the orders generally take 1­-2 business days to process in the warehouse before shipping. This processing time only applied to standard ground shipping.

  • JNE Next Day

You can expect your order to arrive the next day after we place them for delivery (Jakarta Area)
and 1-2business days (outside Jakarta) when placed before 2 p.m Indonesia Western Time.

  • JNE Regular

You can expect your order to arrive 2-3  business days when placed before 2 p.m Indonesia Western Time

  • Sicepat BEST

You can expect your order to arrive the next day after we place them for delivery (Jakarta Area)
and 1-2business days (outside Jakarta) when placed before 2 p.m Indonesia Western Time.

  • Sicepat¬†Regular

You can expect your order to arrive 2-3  business days when placed before 2 p.m Indonesia Western Time

  • Sameday Delivery

Orders after 12:00 will be processed the next day

About Claim

Customers are responsible for protecting the shipment with adequate insurance and pays the applicable insurance costs, compensation for insured goods is in accordance with the insurance provisions that apply at SICEPAT and JNE. If shipment does not use insurance, then the payment of a replacement fee for lost or damaged shipments is a maximum of 10 times the shipping cost or the price of the goods is taken at the lowest value of a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000, - (One Million Rupiah). Specifically for document shipments, the maximum replacement value is IDR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah). If the sender uses insurance, the payment of a replacement fee for lost or damaged shipments is a maximum of Rp.50,000,000.- (Fifty Million Rupiah).

The deadline for complaints/claims is as follows:

  1. Complaints of total loss maximum 14 (fourteen) days.
  2. Complaints for partial loss  for a maximum of 2 (two) days.
  3. Complaints of damage maximum 2 (two) business days.

(According to working days Monday to Saturday)

When handing over the goods to SICEPAT and JNE, customers are considered to have read and agreed to all these terms and conditions of delivery, without any coercion from any party, and frees SICEPAT and JNE from all claims or forms of compensation.
